Perhaps the most pristine, biologically diverse and productive tract of land on the planet earth. At 1.2 million acres, it's like having your own country. Humanitarian and development potential limited only by your budget and your imagination.
- 482,592.0221 hectares (+or-) (1,158,220.80 acres) of tropical rain forest
- Price is negotiable - make an offer
- One of the very few million acre + properties in the world
- Pristine virgin timberland. Has not been commercially logged
- Extensive land and timber survey completed
- Timber and land value appraised at $2 Billion+
- Timber survey and all details available upon completion of non disclosure agreement with the seller
- 350 km to one of the largest gas reserves found in South America. 78 km from natural gas wellhead (and pipeline)
- unknown minerals and precious metals
- Geologist report stating strong likelihood of natural gas and petroleum. Likelihood of Gold, Gems and other valuable minerals.
- Title work on the property is "ready to go" and cleared for immediate sale
- Virgin timberland. Current satellite photos of property that show that it is still a virgin forest.
- 2,000,000 (estimated) wild rubber trees (Heavea Trees) for producing latex rubber.

GEOLOGICAL STUDY
Border of the Pauini River
July 2005
The first part of the study is about the historical and technical characteristics of the area, and it is not included in that translation from Portuguese. The full report is available after completion of noncircumvent and letter of intent to purchase agreements.
Summary and Conclusion
This report provides a geological analysis of the property known as Seringal XXX XXXXX, located in the municipality of Pauini, State of Amazonas. All the data was acquired and checked at Brazilian National Department of Minerals Resources – DNPM and at Minerals Research and Resource Company – CPRM.
In 1977, the DNPM and CPRM, made a study in the area with aerial photos, radar images and on-site evaluation. The data obtained on that study does not include minerals like gold and diamonds. It is important to note that, in that period of time, that kind of study was not very accurate.
Since then, many studies made for mining companies have shown that the potential for those minerals in that area is huge. In saying that, it is important to have a more detailed study to have a comprehensive chart of those minerals.
The Brazilian National Oil Company – PETROBAS, is the main source of oil and natural gas projects in the country. In connection with data from DNPM and CPRM it is important to note that, about 200 km from the Seringal Sao Pedro, PETROBAS has operated numerous oil and gas wells since 1977. Recently, PETROBAS had explored in the Pauini City area and has found new oil and gas deposits at 2,500 m deep.
Although, there are few studies about minerals in the Pauini area and it is necessary to conduct a further study to have a good evaluation of its potential. However, there is a strong likelihood that valuable minerals are abundant on this property. With respect to the oil and natural gas, Seringal XXX XXXXX is located on the same geological foundation as the “Urucu” deposits, the most important oil and natural gas extraction area in the north of Brazil. And, since the Seringal XXX XXXXX is only 400 km from those fields, its potential is enormous.

Map 3 of the route for the lumber to take to deep water port of Manaus (1.5 million population)
Brazil Highway #115 (asphalt) connects the cities of Labrea and deep water port of Humaita. From the plantation to Labrea is about 150 miles. From Labrea to Humaita is about 80 miles. Timber could move by water all the way to Manaus, about 900 km, or by water to Labrea, then loaded on trucks to be hauled 80 miles to the port of Humaita to be loaded on ocean going vessels. Also, with government economic development money, there is the possibility of construction of a wood slurry pipeline from Labrea to Humaita. We know of land near Labrea which would be desirable to set up as a timber mill.
There are small villages and settlements all along these rivers to the plantation. It is not like you are establishing an operation on the moon. Commerce is taking place in these villages so you are not completely isolated. City of Pauini (closest to the plantation) 6,000 residents. City of Labrea has 14,000 residents.
